It also said on the site that Omni 2 is the "first" of the V2 upgrades. But not until April 30? Damnit!

Looks like its everything everyone asked for! I'm very impressed by the sound of the granular engine and have been very critical of the existing ones. Thrilled to use own samples with that. I noticed that each harmonia wave can be its own wavetable, would be cool if harmonia in sample mode could be its own sample!

Also pleasantly surprised by all the extra fm and wavetable functions.

With all this new stuff does the arp really still not have a tie? Or can note length go past the next note start I wonder.

Oh one other little thing: Why is there a fancy trippy abstract granular visualizer thingy but no simple waveform view! This was always my issue with Stylus as well. I'm starting to think they are philosophically against showing a sample waveform!

Eric Persing started with "programming synths", then creating sample libraries (which turned into "Spectrasonics").

This does not confirm a v2 of RMX or Trillian. Actually, it's a very vague comment.

And... where on the Spectrasonics site did you read that? Cause I just hit the page, and there is nothing written like that.

actually, i meant as it was released 7 years ago, 7 years of calling it a rompler is enough fun...for now
