same reason you have any shortcut - so you don't have to use the mouse!

It should be possible using a shortcut to Specific -> Shortcut Map -> Edit but due to a missing link in the code it does not work yet. Fixed in the next version.

out of interest - is there a way to navigate through a project - eg: advance / go back one bar or one beat?

The rewind/forward functions step to the previous/next marker points. So the more markers you create the finer the stepping thru the composition.

There are also the newly developed shortcut functions "scroll left" / "right" / "up" / "down".

Yes - also zoom shortcuts - however zoom in vertical doesn't seem to work?!

Yes I realise that - it's a good system - but sometimes I want to (eg:) go back a bar to check an entry or something -

Another thing I miss is no "play from mouse position /or click" - I know it's in the top timeline but that's not as useful
(In energy XT it's a middle click - so I wrote an autohotkey shortcut that lets me hit a key and it plays from wherever the mouse cursor is)

My other wishlist item would be for tempo and time sig tracks rather than (or as well as) list editors

btw is it possible to have list editing for automation tracks?

sorry - I also cannot find how to create a shortcut for "EDIT" as in the big box in the top bar that opens the part editor

I've tried loads of "edit" functions in the list/s but nothing seems to work
