Hi Phil999,
Completely agree and understand your surprise when you see similar developments arise. No need to apologise, because it was clear after your first post, it was not your intention to assume. This post was not directed at you, but to other users who seem to be following our posts around various forums and making assumptions, without any factual basis. I should have made this clear in my post.
Since there are only a few popular synths/effects and ones that have as many parameters available as Diva, there is a much greater potential for there to be crossover with previous work. Where we have used 3rd party code and therefore there is a need for credit to be given we always give it. For instance, our XVAnalogueFilter.amxd device http://www.maxforlive.com/library/devic ... ter-live-9 , which has filter algorithms used from various DSP code distributed around the internet. There is a credits section which details all of the developers, with links to their websites/products. We gave XVAnalogueFilter away for free (after months of work), because we will not charge, where the software is not 100% created by us. However, with XVAnalogueFilter, the benefit to musicians (and max coders alike) was just too great for the device not to be made.
The same could be said for the MonoSequencer that has been developed by http://www.maxforlive.com/library/devic ... mur-layout , which we found after we released our own MonoSequencerPULL device recently http://www.maxforlive.com/library/devic ... ouchscreen. However, like Diva, upon looking at the code, it becomes abundantly clear that our work is entirely different (every single aspect is different).
We all have positive interests at heart, to help musicians become more productive. Our aims seem to be really aligned on this aspect.
Cheers Phil999 - Let's make best year ever for musicians

Hey Si, Phil999,
I am glad it got sorted. After some weeks of usage I cannot do anything else but to repeat:
"For me the next level of editing soft synths ... hehe" ... I am indeed looking forward to more templates.
Cheers

Cool no worries at all.
We're just about to update PULL, with some performance improvements - so it's super fast to load templates, load parameters and navigate ableton.
Up next will be our Sylenth template, which also allows you to navigate folders of FXB and FXP presets
More info here - http://www.xmonsta.com/new-releases/syl ... -for-pull/
Cheers Si
