GUI problem with Looperator

I registered my copy of Looperator on 25th January, but so far have been unable to use it as the GUI appears as a blank white square. This happens with the standalone and the plugin ... when running it as a plugin inside Live the presets are available via Live's interface, but Looperators GUI is not.

I contacted support on the 25th January and was advised (by Nadine) to first uninstall then reinstall the plugin. I did this but the problem is the same. I have since contacted SB support 3 times without reply.

I also have the Sugar Bytes plugins Cyclop, Egoist and Effectrix, all of which work fine. I am running 32bit XP. My DAW is Live 9.1.7

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, it's a bit difficult to reproduce and test this - XP is kind of a legacy product these days. on the other hand we don't really wanna stop supporting it and it seems there was an update done by Microsoft which is causing these problems. We are on it and should have a solution for this in one or two weeks. If you dont want to wait we can refund your purchase... Sorry for the hassle, Markus at SB

Thanks for the reply Markus. I also received an email from Nadine (SB support) last night offering a refund if I wanted one. I've decided to wait for the fix. I appreciate your efforts and hope it doesn't take too long.

As there is still no fix for the XP issues with Looperator, Sugar Bytes offered me another of their plugins for free. I went for Turnado and am very pleased that I did. Hours of fun.
