Can't you try to cancel the order and try again using another payment method or something? I purchased it yesterday with no problems.
I think I know why it happened and I don't want to mess them around, so I'm happy to wait until Monday now.
All sorted now. I received my order confirmation this morning. Happy days!

Subscription costs €60 (+10 in shipping for customers outside Germany).

Note that they now only accept bank transfers as payment, I guess there were those in the past who paid their sub by credit card and cancelled it once they got their plug delivered....

wow i dunno if i shall jump on this, this is a bargain isnt it? even i got enough synths this is tempting :(

OPINIONS OPINIONS PLEASE :D
I tried to subscribe and there is an option with a bill to be sent. I wrote to them with Google Translate to ask them how to get Spire for free since I don't speak German.
I had very bad experience with Beat (and i was not the only one). Im from Germany and the last offer from them was Ozone 5 for a 1-year-subs and although i emailed them before and they confirmed me personally that i will get my Ozone 5 for a subscription i received an email a few weeks later (after i ordered of course) that they can't deliver it.
So be careful with them, you have no guarantee that you get what they tell you.
Same here. Be very careful. I had a subscription but no Ozone5. Be sure to call them if they have any licences in stock or you end up with a subscription without the gift.

Does anyone know if Pianoteq add-ons (such as the U4) or GSI VB3 ever go on sale? Thanks!

U4 was on sale for $49 (normally $59) back in 2013. I don't think it's been on sale again since.

Good to know - thanks!

Dear Mr. Uncle E. - Do have any idea if you are going to get download versions of the upcoming (this spring) Vocaloid 4 Cubase version and the new Cyber Diva singer? I can see you have some of Best Service Crypton Vocaloids.

Post

I'm sorry, I don't know. Is it going to be cool?

Well as far as I understand this is the first time that they have got a native english singer to sing in english instead of a japanese one. They have made some serious progression in pronouncing etc. Off course the Vocaloid singer can't compete with a real singer but I'm impressed anyway. At least it's possible to make a good draft now for a real singer to sing. And some people uses them on their tracks anyway. They have improved the technology and added more expression (for example growl).

Furthermore there is also an upcoming Vocaloid 4 version for Cubase user (already available in Japan). This version can be inserted as vst-plugin and have had live midi-input added as a new feature and you can off course just input text directly with piano roll etc. Since Yamaha purchased Steinberg I don't think it will be available to other daws but there will be a Mac version i think. Now there is another developer crypton that has developed it's own vst-environment for all other daws. This developer has it's own sing characters but can also import usual Vocaloids. Only drawback is no live midi-input but they will probably add this since Vocaloid 4 now has this option.

The singer "cyber diva" (not the most catchy name) is the first native english for Vocaloid 4 and will only be available to US customers by download I think (and that's where I was hoping you could provide some hungry Vocaloid composers a service ;-) ). Honestly I must confess that I don't know if there is a big market for it.

(I had to put quotes outside the below links to avoid the videos getting embedded in the post).

Hmm this ended up looking like an advertisement :?.

In case IZOTOPE is listening, here is my rambling:

I've been receiving emails, KVR offers and whatnot publications with; up to 40%, or 55%
Today it was "Two Days Left! Save up to $200 on RX 4"And sometime ago I stopped looking.
It is understandable that RX is aimed to studios, professionals of high caliber (not up to CEDAR though).
However, if those multiple RX offer messages aim to gather interest from the "underground", hobbist... or mostly from, may I say musicians, producers, etc that have been driven to such grounds by the XXI state of music's retribution, plus Labels taking unfair shares again https://www.techdirt.com/articles/20150 ... ists.shtml
which -as we all know- has resulted in many closed studios and generations of newly trained jobless professionals or being paid less every year.
Then, my message is that you are not putting forward attractive enough offers, not for a whole segment, (and this is in the developed countries, so include a bigger % from 2nd and 3rd countries) many users probably.
Yes, last August I bought the RX4 version for around US$200-300 when the Advanced edition was US$700 (not attainable). Since then, a near to $500 difference is about what RX Advance upgrade has been available for (Black Friday and end-of-the-year sales).
I belong to a group of buyers that finds difficult to go over 200 plus cost for a single payment and for whom credit is either remote or expensive. Coming from there, I do have the feeling we might be not so few potential customers. Some of us surely are interested in RX's Advanced features, but in such conditions would have to pass.

Different situation would be if you come out with RX an Advance's upgrade available for around US$300. Yes, on short time/limited/else offers, so such opportunity won't so easily fall onto the radar of buyers with a high budget, you know how the song goes. If you add a basic RX's downed payment of $300 to such upgrade price, Izotope would not be so far from getting the Initial US$700 that was asking for the Advanced version, while selectively sweetening its access.
That would be a novel offer.

Ok, you (Izotope) might probably have already calculated this to the minutest detail, just... in light of the said omnipresent publicity -and its previous history-, wanted to visibilise the above.
Thanks KVR

I'm also interested, I'm a big fan of JRR Shop it would be great if Eric could supply the downloads.

I got my u-he ACE license with no problems from Beat, didn't need to call them.

I think another reasons for the problem with Ozone were that there were users who put in an order for subscription with credit card, and then cancelled their order/credit once they got the gift delivered.

Good to hear :). I think there will be significant interest in this product when it gets released this spring.

I doubt it were that easy to get the gift. Otherwise every magazine would be insolvent...

I've never heard about problems regarding receiving ACE. They might have unlimited licenses for ACE whilst for Izotope Ozone they might have only a certain amount of licenses available.
