Audio artifacts when previewing 48k audio

Anybody else hearing audio artifacts (clicking, buzzing) when previewing 48k audio clips from search? I an running T6 6.0.16 build 13 (32-bit) on a Surface Pro 3 (Windows 8.1), I get the artifacts when previewing from a Shure X2U or the built-in SP3 audio out.

The same clip when dragged onto a track plays fine.
