Zebra2 initialise button

Hi! I think many users will be happy if Urs add a button to reset the initialize Zebra2 preset by default. Not very convenient to look for a preset initialize when a lot of presets. Thank U!

Well, normally it's around two or three mouse clicks (Presets - local - initialize).
Why not a button - but on the other hand I'd prefer more important features to be realized/fixed...
