Presswerk parameter automation (link ch1 and 2?)

Hi,

I'm controlling Presswerk with an external midi controller, not via midi learn but via my host (The "generic remote" function in Cubase .

Currently I need to assign both "Threshold"1 and "Threshold2" to the same knob or else I only move the threshold for 1 channel but not the other. But this isn't working properly in Cubase.

Is there a way to link the automation parameters internally or can this feature be added in a future update?

So basically what I would like is that if you automate a parameter on channel 1 that you can make the channel 2 parameters follow them.

(Yes there's a link button on the GUI but this only works if you move the knob on the GUI with the mouse)

The link functionality is GUI-only, and the reason for it is a technical one. It's easy to produce unwanted side effects (like feedback loops) when 2 params are 'ganged' on the DSP level. So its best to avoid it.
However, for the upcoming alternative UIs that contain additional controls, we'll certainly export only 1 channel to the host where it makes sense. Alas, we can't change that with already existing parameters since that will mess with the entire param indexing of the VST variant and thus break compatibility.
