Hi there,

I don't know if I am missing something obvious, but I just can's seem to be able to register my copy of T6 it keeps showing me the "you don't seem to have a Tracktion account" window when I input my info.
So I thought. Well It might be a paid upgrade, but when I go to my Tracktion account I only see the old "upgrade to T5" option.
What am I missing here? :scared:
T5 still works, but I would like to upgrade to T6

The T site seems to have undergone some changes and isn't quite telling us everything. I've had the same messages as you going via the program itself. I've logged in on the Tracktion site and clicked the Add A License (sic*) button.

That took me to a page with an out-of-date option to Upgrade My Old License (sic) to T5. Clicking Continue to do that takes me to a screen with no mention of T6 or what I might be buying.

Clicking Continue on that page takes me to a page that says I'm about to buy the upgrade to the T5+T6 Combo.

I'm not going to do it right now, but that's where you want to be, then the software should allow you to do the authorisation.

I installed T6 just as I installed T4 and T5 and in its own folder.
I start the program and when it asks to register the program I enter my mail and Password but it replies back the "you don't seem to have a Tracktion account" message.
I have checked and I am using the same information as in T5.
I even tried using a wrong password to see if I got a different message and I got a "wrong login" reply.
Other than that I am not doing anything out of the ordinary from the other Tracktion installs.

I changed my post after trying it myself, so you probably read the first version. I only just noticed you'd replied to my original. The new version should help.
