I must give a negative reference to Luboss.

I paid him $135 ($129 that we agreed + from my side $6 surplus for charges he would need to pay PayPal).
He refused to transfer the license (Serum) for me, explaining that I should pass him money as a gift instead of standard transfer. After that he asked me to accept on PayPal that I received goods (before giving me the license), then to close the dispute on PayPal (not giving me the license either).

Luboss does not have any history on kvr to trust him, but I was naive enough to give him a try. Now I have a dispute on PayPal, and I have to wait until I can change it to claim and perhaps get my money back (if PayPal decides that).

Be careful because he just created the thread which is locked for me and I can't comment it:

He is generally trying to sell Zebra, perhaps Serum too, and is pretending to buy Spire.

If you care about your cash, don't deal with him.

BUYER'S BEWARE! I bought a bundle of plugins from Dmitriy_Dokin. As soon as I sent him the money, he disappeared and never came back on KVR. I never received anything and he never answered my messages after that.

I had to file a Paypal claim to get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
