I have a Kinect-controlled audiovisual live looping app (http://holofunk.com (http://holofunk.com)) that, once upon a time, worked great with Turnado. It uses the BASS audio library (http://un4seen.net) and is written in C#.

I then upgraded the app to x64 last summer. When I did so, Turnado stopped working. I have since spent some time learning to build the VST plugin host code from scratch, and I now have a local version I can step through, but Turnado is still crashing the first time the VST plugin host calls into it.

I talked this through with the BASS devs (who provide amazing support) on their forums: http://www.un4seen.com/forum/?topic=16417.0 (http://www.un4seen.com/forum/?topic=16417.0). Unfortunately they are not clear on what could be going wrong now.

I emailed Sugar Bytes tech support last week, but got no reply whatsoever.

Has anyone else here run into stability issues with Turnado inside an x64 VST host? How did you debug them? Were you able to resolve them?

Turnado was amazing in my app when it worked, and will be amazing again once I get it working again, but it may need some help from Sugar Bytes. I will be demoing it to Beardyman himself next Tuesday, and wow it'd be great to fix this by then!!!
