T5 crashing after installing IK plug - Amplitube 3

I installed the IK multimedia plugin Amplitube 3, and now when i open the plug in T5 everything works fine till i close the plug or click on another plugin. Then T5 crashes and closes immediately. anyone have this issue?

Yes, I have this exact same issue. Closing ANY IK T-Racks plugins (or switching plugins like you said) insta-crashes T6. Only on my Mac though, PC works fine.
It works like clockwork, except sometimes the very first time I close one.
Are you on a Mac?

I did not. How about you?
I did send a bug report and they got back right away saying that it wasn't happening for them. At first I thought it started after the first T6 update, but I was wrong, it happens on T5 for me as well. I'm also not sure if I made it clear that it was Mac only (Yosemite), but I didn't want to bother them too much about it while they are clearly working hard on T6. I only use a few T-Racks EQ's and Compressors so it's not a big deal for me, but I do look forward to a fix.
I just did a quick check on T4 and all my IK plugins come up black with no GUI. So, I would take an uneducated guess that it's some type of GUI issue.
Here's a question: Anyone out there using IK plugins on T4-T6 in Yosemite with no problems?

Yea, thanks for asking that question. I'm also wondering if others are having this issue with IK plugs on Mac using T5?? I'm still on OS X, haven't done the update to Yosemite yet. Kind of bummed out though because i really like the IK plugs for the quality and are very affordable. Funny thing is, i can open the plug and use it, T5 doesn't crash until i close the plug or open another plug.

OK, so it seems to be OS X in general. Thanks for bringing this up because that means it's not just my system and I am feeling more confident that they might be able to re-create it.
What I was doing for a short time was just pinning my IK plugins and moving them off screen when I wasn't using them. Obviously it's far from ideal, but if you need to use them it works.
