You adjust it by zooming in and out. If you aren't using bars & beats then set the timeline to secconds/milliseconds. Hover your mouse over the timeline to read out thebongo_x wrote:Is there a way to adjust the nudge amount when not on the grid?
"Snap resolution." The more you zoom in the more lower it gets.
Nudge uses the snap resolution even if snap is off. With the timebar set to Seconds/millisec it goes as low as 1ms.
Nudge will increment by Frames if you select one of the seconds/frames options for the timeline. The zoom level doesn't appear to matter.

That’s too bad. I usually work in bars/beats but I like to nudge in ms in other DAW’s, using a set amount so I know how much I’m nudging all the time. That’s pretty key to how I get things to feel right.
