Cant verify that cause I have not installed Spire before on my home PC (only on working PC and Notebook).
I tested it for short on my Working PC, then while I was waiting for license (bought it together with a beat abo as bonus) a week on working notebook while I was on a training and had time in the evening in the hotel.
So I never tested it on my home PC before buying (yes, I should have done that I know...). Then after coming home license was there, I was happy, installed, licensed, evrything worked fine apart from.....no sound....

tatanka just drag and drop it into a rack once you have done that click the modular at the top of the screen and take a picture of how it looks when you have added it so we can see wot the problem is when you add it should look something like this

Uff, solved at least, after asking again by email the Reveal sound team they had the important hint:
seems that the buffersize from my old soundblaster x-fi was too high for Spire. It was set to 100 ms. I turned it down to 50 ms, now it works.
Cant really say that I understand that because no other VST ever had problems with that setting and in Tracktion Spire has no problems with that setting too (I am using the same driver with same setting). But I am no expert in these things and just so
that it works at least !
Thank you all for your help in this Spire "Odyssey". I am now looking forward to the sound Odyssey with new synth and new soundset from Tensu wave

The reason most probably is that Tracktion is using a smaller buffersize internally.tatanka wrote:Uff, solved at least, after asking again by email the Reveal sound team they had the important hint: seems that the buffersize from my old soundblaster x-fi was too high for Spire. Glad this is solved! Thanks to Reveal Sound for their support. Thanks tatanka for updating the topic title.
Enjoy Spire in MuLab
