A Few Stupid Questions...

Alright, so I have a few questions about Synthmaster that weren't answered on the FAQ. I plan to buy it soon, but the answers to these questions might change that.

-How does the licensing actually work? Can I only register Synthmaster 5 times on my account, or can I have 5 different instances registered at once? If so, how do you keep track of how many instances are registered with my serial?
-How does the updating system work? Will I have to pay to update from version 3, 4, and on?
-How do the online presets work? Does the preset have to be downloaded or is the information itself downloaded automatically?

Hi there,

We don't use challenge response, so on our end we don't keep track of how many installations you have.
But we expect you to not exceed 5 installations at a time.

version 2.7 and 2.8 updates will be free, however version 3.0 upgrade will be paid. it should be around $19-$29 for the upgrade, we haven't decided on that yet. (but won't exceed $29). For everything bundle users the upgrade will be FREE.

Online presets are downloaded to your machine when you load them, but kept in memory. However you can save an online preset on your local drive.
