I followed that too. I don't believe they actually "won" in the sense that they got a ruling on the issue. I believe they entered an agreement where Personal Audio withdrew their complaint. Plus, in doing so, Carolla & Co. built a pretty good book (so to speak) that could be used against PA if they tried to pull those shenanigans again with another podcaster. Oh yeah, true. Slick move on Personal Audio's part. Honestly though, the whole thing is a big steaming pile of sh!t.
