Diva pops and crackles, host doesnt show CPU overload

So I am having ops and crackles from diva even when CPU load is well under 50% on Live CPU meter no matter the quality mode. I Am on windows 7 64 bit, host is 64 bit and DIva is also 64 bit, problem exist at 64, 128, 256, 512 and 1024 samples buffer and 48khz sample rate.

Do you have Multicore on ?
I cannot use it on my system.

No it's not the demo restriction.
Yes I have multicore on, I remember reading it wasn't supported on older CPU architectures as Core2Duo but maybe it isn't also usable on the first generation of Core i? I am on an i5 760, one generation previous to Sandy Bridge.

Have you tried turning off Multicore? Also is this any patch you load or specific one(s)?

Is get some crackles when my RAM use is nearing maximum. It helps to close as many running processes as I can to free up more RAM. This is distinct from overloading the CPU.

Project is small, no other stuff running so it can't be the ram (8gb here).
