Midi Clock Delay

Hi,
Is there any function included in the API to set a delay time on the midi clock transmitted with:
host.getMidiOutPort(0).setShouldSendMidiBeatClock(true);

I'm currently applying midi delay to my hardware instrument tracks to sync with Bitwig's audio using the pizmidi midiExactDelay (http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=300566) on Ubuntu.

This setup works perfectly if sequencing from Bitwig but leaves external sequencers out of sync.

Or is there a simpler approach that I'm missing?
