I'm not such a fan of the chart idea. I remember sites like mp3.com, where some tossers did nothing but try to figure ways to cheat themselves into a better position on the chart.

Considering the music cafe is really about getting feedback and sharing your tunes, I don't know if a chart really offers any useful information.
