Regarding the Note Off not being recognised, there is a preference you can change called
"Filter Incoming All-Notes-Off Events"
dont know if that will help

I dont know that "Filter Incoming All-Notes-Off Events" can help, because when filter note off, then all notes play.

seem from you. I have now done a new version that allow with a choosable low note velocity press the switch off of the play of the sequence.
