Hi Moss,

first of all i'd like to thank you for all your effort and hard work on this script :tu:

Do you mind it would be possible to add the "Joker Knob" of the plug-in parameters section to the Device section of Push ? Just like in Live to the first encoder, so you don't have to dive menus and configure macros and what so not ... I badly miss this function, it saves a lot of time while brainstorming ...

Wär mal echt super wenn das ginge

Happy easter :phones:

What do you mean by the "Joker Knob"? I do not understand to which function you are referring.

Multi output devices are a little bit complicated to operate:

- Their outputs are layers as well in Bitwig but to make them appear you first have to create them (press the weird little icon with the arrows on the device).

- To get to the parameters press Shift+Device

Hope that helps.

Since Bitwig Studio 1.0.4 there is the following improvement: Improved the VST plugin parameter list, including a joker entry which follows the selection in the plug-in GUI.

First how it is in Bitwig now:

This way it is working in Ableton Live:

And it would be brilliant to get the same functionality in Push in Bitwig just as in Live, you just select the device, touch a parameter on the plugin GUI and then you can turn your encoder right away, without assigning anything, lovely !!! BTW the more or less same functionality is called AI Knob on some Steinberg products ...

Hope i could make myself clear ;)

I just noticed that the scale called "Minor Gypsy" in fact is a major scale. So wouldn't it be better to call it "Major Gypsy"?

Thanks for the detailed explanation!
Up to my knowledge there is currently no possibility to access that parameter via the API. However, I will ask Bitwig about it.

Does Lemur Shove work well with this?

It's the least i can do to get this realized ;) I also already sent Bitwig a mail about it, because i couldn't find a solution either (after hours of searching) ... but since everybody enjoys easter ... let's see :)

The scale is identical to the one on Ableton. I think they are referring to that one:

Please send that one to Bitwig.

Whatever might be the reason, I do not own the plugin and can not test it.
