Dropped midi notes while recording audio

(I'm sorry if it has been mentionned before)

Here's the situation :
- last version of T. (.16) on Win XP, Terratec DMX Fire
- NI Battery wrapped in a RF.
- First track of the edit has got the drum midi clip and is outputting only one of the audio output from Battery
- the next 4 tracks have no clip, a copy of the Battery RF and are outputting other audio outputs from Battery
- The 5 Battery tracks output to a sixth track for mixing
- On the 7th track, I'm recording bass guitar (through NI Guitar Rig).
- Punch and Snap are on
- click track is on, 2 bars count-in

Here's the problem :
Everytime I start to record, the first notes of the drum midi clip are dropped (simultaneous cymbals and kick drum). Quite annoying ...

But playback (even in loop) works fine.
