I'm having trouble Panning in tracktion through a USb codec from Mixer to computer, anybody know?

I had to download it from the Site, and tried it again, saw those R&L levels panning unequally to my smiling desire.

I've no idea what's going on in this thread, but the above sentence is brilliant.

I'm just happy the panning levels aren't equal is what I meant.

Well basically Tracktion wasn't reading the Panning coming from the Usb in of the mixer from the panning Voice of the Synthesizer. If you want here is a sample of some panning that I'm glad to hear the Tracktion software read.

Eureka!!!! I found out the issue, Jabe and Gigzaga, you steered me in the right direction. I had to look again at my Mixer manual, which says to use their Driver if using the Usb interface for connecting to software. I had to download it from the Site, and tried it again, saw those R&L levels panning unequally to my smiling desire. It sounds soooooo much better dynamically. All good and cheers all for the assistance. I'll be sure to come around again if I have any other issues.

Cool, I get exactly what you are talking about now. I also understand the good feeling of seeing uneven L/R meters when you need to. Kinda surprised it was the drivers, but I guess that probably should have been the first recommendation. Take it easy!

Actually, the term "Filter" has been phased out in Traction 6. The new term is simply "Plugin." That is consistent with the rest of the industry.

Thanks for pointing that out. I'm a little sad to see the term go, I think there is room for both, but it's all for progress. I'm just being sentimental/argumentative.
