Looking good! I have always thought that with a better UI melda plugins would be up there competing with the liked of FabFilter etc. as the DSP has always been top notch

Thank you folks!
We are back online with the 9.00b1!
PS.: Svama you know, compiling 80 pretty much biggest plugins on the market on 2 platforms, 32 & 64, creating installers, uploading to multiple servers...
It takes a hell of a time and focus
. And thanks to damn ProTools, Win & Mac cannot be done in parallel, but one by one...life is complex

Wow I've just read the announcement and MXXX seems really cool. I won't download the beta now, I'll wait a bit, but it seems MXXX could be what u-he promised years ago, when they released Uhbik: Uhbik-X. I guess I won't have to look for a new multi-fx unit now
.
Thanks Melda!
Thanks Melda!

I'm a bit afraid of testing MXXX as it could crush Prague Castle when all modulators are modulated!

When I installed, I wasn't able to install 64bit vst2 versions. Only 32bit vst2 and 64bit vst3 were listed. Previously this wasn't a problem.
The problem is that Reaper doesn't currently support vst3, and I have to use the 64bit version for various reasons, so currently can't access the new plugins... although I guess I can bridge them.

Reaper v5 uses VST3. It´s in beta status, but very stable and f...... awsome.
@ Vojtech: These are only installers or also deinstallers, if I´d like to deinstall some plugs later I won´t use?
Great job so far,
Marek

Thank you folks!
Tricky: don't worry, we added Prague castle protection, since we got flagged as potential threat on BIS (czech CIA)
vectorwarrior: Are you saying that it didn't install 64-bit VST2 plugins? I just checked and it works just fine. Ensure you have the VST 64 path set correctly.
Svama: Reaper now has VST3 support? Interesting... No deinstallers, but you can either delete the plugins manually (no harm done) or uninstall and install again only what you need.

It used to separately specify in the installer locations for:MeldaProduction wrote:Thank you folks!

VST2 32bit
VST2 64bit
VST3 64bit
Now it just has 32 and 64bit locations. I figured out the problem, it has placed both vst2 and vst3 64bit versions in the same folder. Usually vst3 locations are not stored in the standard vst locations and are placed in ProgramFiles/Common Files/VST3. Unless I'm mistaken, it may be best to separate them as they were before.
Also, just got a crash adding a 'mixer' node in MXXX. Couldn't reproduce. Man this plug in is AMAZING. It's going to take me a LONG time to get the most out of it!

Mxxx is cool, but only for mtotalbundle owners. So I will never be one of them. Only for the money guys.
Vojtech, please think twice about my idea to disable the plugins inside mxxx yo don't own. It couldn't be that difficult for a guy like you?!
Or is this the czech marleting and selling strategy?!:-(
Will there be a new preset calling for MXXX? Maybe this will be the moment to get it)-:.
Thanks and greets
Marek

I 100% agree. I think it would be a shame if MXXX will be available only in MTotalBundle. I don't see this as a good marketing strategy. You will limit the number of potential buyers considerably, IMO. I suppose there are a lot of guys out there owning just a couple of Melda plugins because they either don't have money for the whole MTotalBundle, or they really don't need all those plugings in MTB. So, as Svama already said, I also think that being able to buy MXXX and use only the plugins you own with it would be the best solution for everybody.Svama wrote:Mxxx is cool, but only for mtotalbundle owners. Another thing to consider is that kiloHearts are about to release their Multipass plugin which I think is the closest thing to MXXX at the moment, maybe not that powerful, but pretty similar. So, it looks like you've got some competition, Vojtech
