Hello all,
I'm trying to use MuLab along with a simple MIDI keyboard during performances with a rock band. No recording or sequencing, I just want to use the software to output different synth played by the keyboard during a performance.
For some songs I need to change the synth being played, there are usually only 2-4 different ones, and I'm trying to figure out a way to switch between them using program change up/down buttons on the keyboard.
If I load a VST, the program change buttons work for switching between the banks in the VST plugin, but I'm hoping for a way to combine preset instruments and different VST banks so that I can switch between them with the program change buttons, without having to click anything on the laptop running MuLab.
Does anyone know a way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are the "Focus Previous Rack" and "Focus Next Rack" shortcut functions which you can trigger using a MIDI shortcut. More info on shortcuts see http://www.mutools.com/info/docs/common ... tcuts.html

Haven't seen this feature. Solves some of my problems in live setup.
