Hi all,

I'm very excited about the MIDI generation possibilities of Blue Cat's Plug'n Script, but as an Ableton user I haven't been able to make any use of the TransportInfo class. It's not null, but all the properties (isPlaying, bpm, etc.) seem to always be zero.

Am I missing something, or is TransportInfo simply not supported in Ableton? I'm wondering, because the manual suggests checking for support using "!= null", and Ableton passes this check...

Hi Oskar,

this should be supported in Live: we have just tested with both the VST and AU versions and all the values (except "isRecording" that is not supported) are properly handled. Have you tried loading the "Utility/transport monitor" script and maybe start your own from it?

Thanks for replying! I had tried the Transport Monitor with no success, but then I realized I hadn't updated to v1.1 - now I have, and it works!
