Just bought it, sounds greate even if the factory sounds are horrible:)
Anyway, I am used to make my own on so....
Here my question.
Cant the different OSC´s have individual adsr ´s´and If how????
Is it possible, that they have their own routing to the filters? Found out, does not seem so:)
But can they have different volume??
Did not found this slider or knob:)
Thanks for the help
Cheers

Simple enough, click ADSR in the upper right part just above the transform tab for the oscillator and choose "enable".classic wrote:Cant the different OSC´s have individual adsr ´s´and If how????
I can't find any way of routing oscillators individually to filter 1 or 2, and suspect that won't happen due to the way the oscillators presently are routed and mixed (and/or otherwise affected by the previous oscillator in the chain) before they enter the filters.

Thanks mate.
I can change the attack time this way, but somehow the release time stays the same.
May be I have to change something else bevor?

If you want long release you need adjust global adsr, osc adsr works within those global adsr limits.classic wrote:Gone soft wrote:Simple enough, click ADSR in the upper right part just above the transform tab for the oscillator and choose "enable".classic wrote:Cant the different OSC´s have individual adsr ´s´and If how????![]()

No problem, glad I could help.classic wrote:Thanks mate.

The global attack time has to be shorter than the shortest desired individual ADSR time and the global release time has to be longer than the desired longest release time. I'll experiment some more with this later, I think setting a longer release time for the global and very high resonance in some of the filters will allow self oscillation to ring out for a while after the oscillators are silenced but without ringing on indefinately.
EDIT: I see someone gave a more concise explanation while I went back and forth between MPowersynth, editing the post and a documentary on the telly...

All done via the "DRY/WET" parameters for oscs 2 and 3, so via relative ratios between the oscillators.classic wrote:And no way to adjust the volume of each OSC?????
Can´t believe that.
What a pitty.

MPowerSynth manual wrote: Dry/wet defines mix ratio for this oscillator.
Range: 0% wet, 100% dry to 100% wet, 0% dry, default 100% wet, 100% dry

Yep, volumes are sooo hard to handle, Ratio is much easier, one knob instead of 2.
Anyway, 9.00b2 update is now available! Please keep posting any problems/ideas.
