FR: MIDI file import with original tempo and track sequence name

MuLab 6.4.18:
project with tempo 98.0 and 3 track sequences named as:
"Standard Rock Kit"
"Clean E-Bass"
"Big Sunrise Pad"

1. Project->Export MIDI file
2. Project->Open Template->Factory->New
3. Project->Import MIDI file

MuLab 6.4.18 Result after Import MIDI file:
project tempo stays unchanged 128.0 as from Template->Factory->New, but should be 98.0
3 track sequences are now renamed to:
"Sequence(1)"
"Sequence(2)"
"Sequence(3)"

i have also tested with some popular DAWs (Studio One, Reason...) and MIDI file import works as expected
