MAutoDynamicEQ - Sharing full theme

I was trying to share a theme from MAutoDynamicEQ but in order to do so I have to share Presets from the Style Configuration window and the Analyzer Settings Window. The theme doesn't work right if both aren't used... What's the best way to do that?

Also, I uploaded a preset from the main Presets window and then realized it would only share the EQ curve (right?). How do I delete a crappy preset submission from the online exchange? I don't want others to have to delete it...

On a side note, in order to make the most of my screen real-estate I'd love it if there was a minimal gui mode where the Bands, Automatic Equalizer and Meters bars would collapse to a very thin line.

Full screen mode like FF is another feature that I'd love to see in your awesome EQ :)

Thx

I'm lost here - you are trying to share color presets for Aluminion style, right? Then I don't know what is the problem. How is it related to analyzer settings? NOTE! THE STYLE IS NOT SAVE WITH YOUR PRESET OF COURSE!

There's no way to delete anything from preset exchange, please be very careful next time you use it. I didn't ban anyone yet, but I'm pretty sure it will happen eventually :D.

I'm afraid no full screen. It doesn't even make sense since the windows can be resized at will.

The Analyzer dictates the color of the graphs and sonogram which are obviously critical to the overall theme.

The preset system will be a huge mess so go ahead and ban me since I won't be using it.

Aaaaha, well, that cannot be saved with it I'm afraid. These are 2 different things - plugin preset and style.

To be accurate - it's not a style, just color scheme, so there's nothing to download ;).

Unfortunately there are 4 separate presets that make up the settings as I prefer them.
Analyzer Settings preset
Sonogram Settings preset
Style Configuration preset
Main Preset

If all 4 aren't enabled then it doesn't look like this:

Aside from the colors, some of the other settings such as Opacity, Averaging, Resolution, Slope etc have to be enabled or it just doesn't look right (to fit my taste). Of course, others would probably hate my settings :P.

The problem with the preset sharing system is that everybody that wants to download presets has to upload a file which means there will be a bunch of fluff. I personally have no interest in mass downloading every randomized preset known to man (e.g. MPowersynth) so I apologize in advance for showing pics of my non-sharable theme, of which there's nothing to download .

Still looking good, lachrimae. :)

Well, I really like the look of that. So I do have an interest in downloading a zip file or whatever may be necessary, if you'd be willing to share. Even if it's just screenshots of the settings needed to get what is shown in the image.

You bet, let's see if this works for you:

Import the Style file into the Settings -> Style -> Presets section (I included 2 different color sets.)
Import the Settings file into the (analyzer area) Settings -> Presets section.
I'm using these settings in all of my Melda plugs and am very happy with the Aluminion style so thanks to Melda for offering that option.

I can't export the sonogram setting but that might be included with the Style preset (not sure). It's very close to one of the stock sonograms but with a 78% opacity.

Aside from that I think you only have to choose .5 smoothness.

In case anyone is curious, this is how DMG handles their preset system:

It's very cool to have all settings in one file and be able to choose which should be applied (EQ/DSP/GUI).

Oh yeah, and guess what these buttons do :p

Great! I'll give this a shot tonight or tomorrow and report back if it works.

Yeah, but DMG's plugins are tiny simple compared to ours I'm afraid... there you have just one kind of preset. If you open MAutoDynamicEq, there you have global presets, style presets, analyzer presets, modulator presets, oscillator in modulator presets.. :D do I need to go on? :D

That's just how it is with complex plugins, at one point something just won't be that simple. But you can technically share the plugin settings (which contains everything except for the style colors).

Cool, so I loaded the Analyzer settings and the Color settings as per your instructions. Mixed results, see below.

The analyzer grid and background aren't the same color as your image, and the controls and slider colors are different as well. Nodes and handles, too. Maybe the MAutoDynamicEQ preset must be exported, in addition to the Analyzer and Color presets?

Anyway, thanks for your help. I'd like to get this looking like your example, the white analyzer grid really makes things hard to read.

That's because you loaded probably Minimalistic style (or Metro?), while lachrimae was using Aluminion ;).
