problems with izotope plug ins

i have been attempting to use tracktion since version 4. i have the latest version and i still can't load any izotope plugins. everytime i scan my plugins, they show that stutter edit and ozone 4 have failed. any suggestions? i'm using 32 bit windows with 16 gig ram quad core processor and am on windows 7 professional.

Check if they are in your avaliable vsts list, because izotope plugins have some additional files that when scanned show up as faild, but like i said they still show up in the list and they work, at least for me
