OK, will likely purchase it (great synth and very, very nice interface as compared to other vsts).

Since in the process of asking stupid questions: the MDrummer seems like the greatest virtual drummer there is, but the price is very high too, will there be any sale some time (maybe when version updates)? Just pondering options .... Thanks.

MDrummer is quite expensive, but still very cheap for what it does. It's like the ultimate thing if you learn how to use it. Anyway already was on sale this round of eternal madness discount, so next time I'd guess in 2 months.
