What's new in 1.4a:

-Limiter now works in MultiOuts version too, just when MultiOut switch is off.
-MultiOuts switch in GUI doesn't cover Limiter label no more.
-MultiOuts version DLL named correctly.
-Reminder message if you didn't move your "EVE Banks" folder inside the "EVE Data" folder.

thanks guys for the reports,

When I click on the reg file it says "This file does not have a program associated with it to perform this action. Creat an association in the folder options control panel."

I'm not sure what app to choose tho. What should I do? :?

I got some SERIOUS errors when updating to 1.4a (and I followed the readme instructions).

After selecting the location for the data folder, FLS crashed with a memory error and became non-responsive.

Cubase SX2 threw up all sorts of big errors (? synop was one of them or something like that) and also crashed big time.

However, after rebooting everything seems OK.

Weird

welcome AD80, glad it's all working

basic channel, if that fixed after rebooting looks
like it was a Win or system problem,
it needed to get used to the new EVE behaviour, LOL

anyway let me know for any other EVE issue,

thanks

liqih thanks got the 1.4a and installed it with no probs... works as advertised for me. Will try it on one of the other systems here tomorrow maybe just to double check for any strangeness.

I realize this is a little late for this version, but think is was mentioned way back... maybe it can be added sometime in the future... what I'm talking about is the transpose and fine tune controls for the channels... as much as we all 'love' knobs and stuff, I also really appreciate being able to click on the numerical value and edit it with the keyboard... i.e., transpose: clk the number and enter a - or + value..., like -12 or +12 or -7 or such.... you know what I mean? So... maybe someday when you have nothing better to do, eh? Of course another way I see this being done is to eliminate the knob altogether and just be able to either clk on the value and drag the mouse left or right [or up or down] and also to be able to type in a value. Just my own preferances.

EVE certainly is greatly improved with the new additions and I must compliment you on a nice job!

Thanks again :)

Hi Liqih,

I have installed EVE v1.22 and Famous Keys 1 and 4 on my system. Do I have to reinstall FK 1 and 4 when I install EVE v1.4a?

Greetings,
Volmorth

no you don't, just follow the instructions for 1.4a,

basically run eve.reg and move EVE Banks folder
inside EVE Data

let me know if it's all working

thanks
