Do you mean MIDI Learn? You can just right click on almost any control, select MIDI Learn, and then move the desired controller. Make sure the controller element is sending MIDI CC and you're done.

Or do you mean something else?

I mean, midi learn does not work! When I do so like you said, nothing happens, but it is impossible to make only the modulation wheel. On the sliders and knobs is not valid.

Read the manual of your MIDI controller and see if you can adjust which MIDI commands can be sent via the controllers on it.

I read the manual, but I can not figure out how to manage VST instruments (their controllers). All regulators control only graphite mixer sequencer.
