As I said about 15 or 20 pages back, major product launches often have major meltdowns.

Not at this time. Our download service is highly reliable though... even with slower connections."

I curious if we'll be able to proof that one today or some time later.

Its a holiday weekend coming up here in Ireland.

Impatient to give this a whirl over the coming days.

Hopefully they'll get the load on the server all balanced & evened out before too long!!

Well, to be fair, nobody's actually testing the Download server yet! This debacle is about how to use the website to even pay for the thing... we are miles out from testing the actual download service!

Oddly enough, I've ordered from them and Best Service in the past and their 'snail mail' has been faster than when I buy from stores shipping from in my own country. YEMV, but I've got products from them in two or three days where as the ones in my same country have taken seven to ten days.

Did they send you a tracking number? Check delivery date there.

The countdown timer is now in reverse, so you have to own, install and register the product before you buy it
