How do I set modulator to trigger via MidiController specific 'Hz' from MMRingMod?
And how do I do the same thing with Equalizer? Like SurferEq?

Can you clarify a bit exactly what you want to do? IS the frequency always fixed? Or will it change?
I'm sure that it can be done, once we understand what you are looking for.

I think the OP wants to press a key on a MIDI keyboard and set the frequency to the frequency of the note, right?
In that case open MIDI settings, switch to page 2 - Notes - attach the Frequency parameter and make it from 20Hz to 20kHz (the whole range). This works for both the ring modulator and equalizer and just about any plugin which has a frequency parameter ranging from 20Hz to 20kHz (or more).
