There is the red LED on voice overflow. It was also red in the rack, so quitye visible, imho.

Post

demo01 is updated again! Try it now! :)

Yeah, I don't mean the overflow info. That one is GREAT, except I didn't know what on earth it was, wondering the whole time about it, too...

UH, more feedback, yay! :hyper:
Yes, of course it could be shared, but maybe I'll wrap up Matty with a nice front panel first! So... gimme a few hours so I can get to it! :tu:
Thanks, of course, I was wondering how people would react to the voice. I'm so amazed by it and its playability, too. I often feel like I'm crazy, liking things that I'll never hear feedback about, you know. :wheee: :nutter:

Post

Except for Matty I have updated all patches to have a proper main envelope set! ;)

Post

Oh man...right after posting this my graphics card died....now I'm on a different computer (cintiq companion), which is all hell.... :dog:
Just hooked up mulab on it...now I have to download my own patches, haha. Joy!

Post

I've been trying your choir patches out a bit and they do sound great!
I haven't tried much synth stuff yet, is it possible to have the mod wheel control Index also, with a balance mixer shifting between that and vibrato?

Btw, would be great to have all downloads in the first post for easy access :)

Post

Yeah, well, you can absolutely modify those muxes to your liking, of course!
I could make it a habit to add a readme doc to each mux instead of writing a detailed post for them, that's true.
I'll have a look.
Maybe I can link directly to the release posts, too? That might be nice, too...

Thanks, mehum! There's a lot I still have to get used to in order to prepare careful patches, a lot I also still have to learn. I love that! :D

Post

Taron, when you're happy with a patch, could you post a new thread in Soundware about it, explaining what it is, what it's for and linking a demo track..? I'm thinking that could be a huge help to keep MuX visible. And get some more visible feedback. Great as it is to have that here, having it in the more general forum is more likely to attract people who've not thought of MuX.

Post

Great idea pljones! Cheers!

Post

Yeah! I'll totally do that! Thanks!
Oh god, I feel so weird...I swapped out my dead Nvidia Quadro 5000 against an ancient 7300 GT only to work on this machine at all. The tiny Cintiq drove me crazy, but this ain't a whole lot bigger... oh, yeah, because my main monitor requires a resolution that the old card can't support, I have it on an even older smaller monitor...joy, oh, joy. I feel like some bizarre addict, trying to shoot up toothpaste in hopes for a fix, hahaha... or so...what do I know.

Ok... I'll have a close look at the soundware threads and see that I do a proper thing for my stuff there then. Bibz should do one there, too! ;) (...his own!!! Yay!!! More mux exposure!)

Post

And so thats what I've done :)
I hope to put more up when I can
Beauty is only skin deep,
Ugliness, however, goes right the way through

Post

But before I do that, here's Matty with a proper interface...
...should could get more, like built-in effects and such, but I don't like that anyway.

I'll prepare a nice patch batch post for soundware with a proper demo track for the whole batch!

OMG! :o HOW did I miss this?!?
Jo, you've added note range to the note to modulation converter!!!!!!!
Wow, man, I'll have to update all voice patches right away. I've already done Matty, but haven't posted her, yet. Holy crap, man, that's a dramatic difference. Incredible! :hyper:
