Omnisphere 2 is here! (yes, it's really here!)

I'm in Belgium, With steam I can do 22mb/s and this downloader is steadily downloading at 9 MB/s I'll be finished in 10 minutes.

Update:

It seems to be the complete version now. It contains steps one and 2 from the defunct website file that is only 129 mb old, but the step 2 folder now contains all the sound data (18+ gb). There's also a steps 3 and 4 in case you have the moog/trillian vip version.

i dont think so
man but really, yeah spectra didnt tell people to take some hours off but i did it cause friday (today) is free in germany and thursday i wanted to live the hype. till then i was lucky with the download and felt bad that others couldnt download + STILL have serial number probs, grace period probs etc.
and still fighting with the Authorization issue and spectra seems to have no idea, this is what they send me and this stuff was already done yesterday 2 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Windows users please select the icon for your host sequencer, right-click, and then choose Properties > Compatibility > Run as Administrator.

The Authorization page will provide you with a Challenge Code.
Copy this code, using the Copy Button, and go to your user account:

Click on the authorizations link for your instrument and paste the challenge code into the window.
You will be given a NEW Response Code (Do not use old codes that you might have saved from previous authorizations).

Triple-click on the Response Code to select it, then copy and paste it back into the plugin, using the Paste Button.

If you have authorized before and there is a response code already in the plugin, please delete this and paste in the NEW one.

Now, remove the plugin from the track and reopen it.

That's it - you're ready to make music!

This came up earlier in the thread, but the response was to select the Omni 2 bank from the Directory List, but guess what, no such thing exists in the Directory list.... (it just lists Omni, Trillian, Moog, etc).

oh that's easy, you can also search for several version updates, like if you would search for 1.5 or 1.4 you would only get these patches

Anyone with the "not eligible" problem when trying to download the grace period upgrade : you have to first authorize Omni1, not just register the serial!
