New Video! Tracktion 6 - Create Submix:

I created a video highlighting another new feature in Tracktion 6 - Create Submix. It's a really fast way to create a submix for any group of tracks. In the video I create a drums submix in one click. With the submix created, I apply a trashy bus effect, then show you how to take tracks back out of a submix.

Wow! That video over at Groove3 "Tracktion Plugin Racks Explained" really cleared up a few things this Tracktion newbie was struggling to understand.

Just got Waveform last month.

Having used a few other DAWs, I knew that there must be some way to expose the plugin routing, but I couldn't find what I needed in the mixer or properties sections. "Racks". Oh yeah!

One thing I like about Reaper is that a track can hold anything, and with their open routing scheme, you can basically route anything anywhere. But it can get confusing.

Tracktion seems to offer similar flexibility, but using racks is actually much more intuitive (once you realize where they are), and the graphic display of the signal routing is much more comprehensible. Good work!

This should be required viewing, LOL!!!
