Hello everyone, big fan of U-He, but I have a peculiar problem with their website lately. I guess this has been going on for a few months, and it is literally THE ONLY website that I can't access on the internet. I'm at a real loss because I'd really like to buy Presswerk, but I can't access their site. I even tried to buy it on Chrome using my phone with no luck (a different problem, on my phone when I go to checkout it says my cart is empty).

I love U-He, I have ACE, DIVA, and Satin and would love to add Presswerk to that list.
Anyone have any ideas?

I downloaded the latest version of Zebra2 earlier today. Working just fine for me using Safari. I hope you get it sorted.

Well it seemed to work at first, managed to add presswerk to my cart, and complete the checkout process, but now it's stuck in the "Processing" phase. Hmmmm. Hopefully they will send me an email confirmation with a download link to the most recent version.

Ok so it appears the order processed, just awaiting my keys in an email. It's just so very strange because I really would love to be able to access their website. I'm just completely out of ideas as to what could be refusing the connection on their end. Hopefully everything went through and I get my license. Thanks for the help, but anyone with any ideas about why I can't connect, or advice on how to fix that particular problem would be great. =D

Assuming your computer is healthy and not the problem, u-he may be blocking your ip address from the u-he server firewall. Someone with a similar ip address may have been downloading too much stuff. I suggest you email u-he support with your ip address and a link to this thread and see if they can adjust their firewall.

This seems unlikely. Contacting support is indeed your best bet though. Sounds like it's on your end somewhere. When you tried on your phone, were you using a data plan or where you connected to the same WiFi your desktop computer is?

I have contacted support last night but have not heard back. It's actually really crazy SO now:

I used that link above hidemyass and was able to access the site. went through the process of purchasing. logged in to the MyCommerce customer care center and looked at the order info and it had not billed my credit card yet, said payment not yet received, so I used the option to change payment information and use my paypal. Now the Presswerk order is not listed at all in my transaction history. I am so very lost and confused with the whole situation, hopefully their customer support will get back to me so I can give them my money. =/

Hmmm…

For any sort of payment process I would recommend not to use anything like HideMyAss. Every payment processor will check that IP-Address and city/country etc. will add up. Otherwise they might tag this as possible fraud and e.g. do a human check on the transaction.

Our website doesn't block anything, but sometimes things are simply hard to reach (also, there's Your Random DDOS attack every other day). That's why we have our downloads on a content delivery network, but we haven't yet gone all the way to put the whole website there.

Anyhow, I can see two pending orders. I've contacted MyCommerce to waive one through and cancel the other.

As you're a returning customer, I also sent you Presswerk Codes… I'm sure the payment will go through at some point :)

Just WOW, I've never seen such swift response and pleasant problem solving. I will investigate the particulars of why I can't access the site on my own, and I apologize if this was not the proper channel to talk about the presswerk purchase. Mostly I was just wondering if anyone else was having issues accessing the site. I'll figure it out. Thanks so much Urs, made a lifelong customer here. ;D
