Mackie MCU Control Extender and Commander

Hi,

I wonder if anyone has been able to get the MCU control extender or commander to work? I can get the MCU Control to work with 8 channels but adding the extender just duplicates the same channels rather than selecting the next 8.

I also have the commander but I guess only Logic really supports that one.

Any ideas or where I could edit the MCU Control script would be most appreciated.
