I ordered the ultimate upgrade from 9 Ultimate. It still shows processing. How long do you think it will take? Thx RileyUncle E wrote:Hi Riley,
It depends on the version, we only have a few in stock. Fortunately, NI is only 45 minutes away from us so we can usually get things from them quickly.

The NI Komplete Ultimate Crossgrade from Maschine Mikro looks so good right now, hope I can find a way to get the money before the sale ends because that's a steal for the price.

I think the smartest solution will be to keep pushing you until you give away those clues.Numanoid wrote:Today's IQ test: How to get yourself a free AAS soundbank

A below average IQ should be high enough for getting the Swatches soundbank, no clues needed. It took me a while but I finally got it

Um, no, unless something weird is hiding it from me and only me. I don't see it in the list, and when I use the advanced search to look for threads containing "Vendors", I don't see it there either.Psyclapse wrote:dwozzle - its about the 5th topic down in Market Place forum under Topics banner, I think it is a sticky but Im not sure of the icons.
The thread I'm looking for is "Vendors NOT allowing license transfers" (I think that's the exact title, can't find it to be sure), it's not "Vendors allowing license transfers", which I do see.
Both threads used to exist, now there's only the "allowing" one AFAICT. Having only one for vendors who allow it doesn't leave any standard place to flag companies that don't allow it. The "not allowing" thread wasn't as heavily populated, probably because most vendors do allow second-hand sales, but if the info in that thread hasn't just scrolled off to the bottom but has actually been auto-deleted, we've permanently lost a valuable resource contributed to by many people over a long period of time.
I don't actually care if those threads are at the top, I just don't want them (or any of the posts in them) to get deleted automatically because they're old. Can the forum do that? Do people think it makes sense?
Specific examples: Neither OhmForce nor GForce show up in the "allowing" thread. Does anyone know if those two vendors allow transfers, and if so, if there's a charge? (Don't have time to check their sites again right now, but I'm pretty sure I already did and didn't see that info.)

Igor, are you referring to the classic Swatches soundbank (with 8 new presets) which has been free for ages or is there a new bank in town?Dostoyevsky wrote:A below average IQ should be high enough for getting the Swatches soundbank, no clues needed. It took me a while but I finally got it![]()

Both OhmForce and GForce allow license transfers without a fee.dwozzle wrote:Specific examples: Neither OhmForce nor GForce show up in the "allowing" thread. With both companies, however, the license then becomes NFR.
Furthermore OhmForce prohibits advertising the sale on a website or forum (hence the mention of "that French distortion" in some sales threads).

I chose Analog Essentials for VA-2, a golden oldie, but I rather wanted that than the new Raw, which I expect is EDM heavyFleer wrote:Igor, are you referring to the classic Swatches soundbank (with 8 new presets) which has been free for ages or is there a new bank in town?Dostoyevsky wrote:A below average IQ should be high enough for getting the Swatches soundbank, no clues needed. If you had clues, why not give us clues too?Numanoid wrote:I chose Analog Essentials for VA-2, a golden oldie, but I rather wanted that than the new Raw, which I expect is EDM heavyFleer wrote:Igor, are you referring to the classic Swatches soundbank (with 8 new presets) which has been free for ages or is there a new bank in town?Dostoyevsky wrote:A below average IQ should be high enough for getting the Swatches soundbank, no clues needed.
