Diva installed, but Diva is hiding

I installed the Diva demo, however, it's no where to be found.

I'm on OSX (latest version). After installation, you'll find your app in the Applications folder--it's not there. I checked "All My Files" in Finder and did a "Diva" and "u-he" keyword search in Spotlight.

Where does Diva install by default?

There is no stand-alone version that I am aware of. You need to launch your DAW, and open Diva as an AU Plug-in or VST.

Ah, I didn't realize that.

I can load Diva in Logic, however, I cannot open it's UI as you normally would by clicking on it's name in the channel strip. Or is that a limitation of the demo?

And how would I delete Diva since it doesn't even show in Spotlight?

Hi, it's a problem with Logic 10.1 (they changed something, but we hadn't had the resources to properly release a fix yet).

Above Diva's download buttons on http://www.u-he.com/cms/diva we therefore say:

Logic 10.1 Users! This version of Diva does *not* open in Logic 10.1. As a workaround please download the current beta version from here. We'll post an official fix as soon as possible!

That's not a demo limitation, it's a bug. Install the latest revision from here: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 1&t=430425
The GUI should open fine, then.

There is no automatic uninstall procedure. To delete Diva you have to manually delete all the files and directories yourself. On Mac these are usually:
MacHD/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/Diva/
[you]/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/Diva/
[you]/Library/Application Support/u-he/com.u-he.Diva... (*.* files)
MacHD/Library/Application Support/u-he/ (Diva/ and Themes/)

Hi! Since you're from u-he, would you mind confirming if the installation locations that the above poster, Chapelle, posted are all of the directories, in case I wish to uninstall Diva later? ...no that I ever should
