That's price it shows for me on NI's website. If anyone knows of any stores offering further discount on the crossgrade I'd be happy to know. I guess VAT & shipping is a factor though.

Oh yeah, Samplephonics. I have their Retro Stabs, Deep Chord Toolkit, and Nevo Analog (really excellent scripted Konakt instrument). I put a selection from the first two kits in my Analog Rytm for some melodic fun.
That would be interesting to find out.

I am trying to limit myself to ~$100. Even with 50% off it is easy to hit that.

Does anybody know the lowest price Waves have sold the API2500 for?

It's for sale now for $129 but so is the Komplete upgrade. I can only get one this month and can't decide.

The API meets my needs more immediately, but Komplete is more of a bargain. That said this comment is dependent on Waves' lowest price for it.

TIA

Got mine October 2013 for about the same price. Waited a long time for it to be on sale. Have seen them only a few times on sale for the same price since, but NI sales don't come that often.

Also you can get an extra 10% discount with a Waves code.

Choice is yours.

Anyone bought from Virsyn with the Paypal option?

I just tried it and instead of taking me to Paypal I get some message stating I'll hear from them on the next working day and didn't get any email confirmation of any sort

WTF ?

Rhythmic Robot flashsale 25% off. But they have a standard 30% off if you buy over 100 pounds. So keep that in mind if GAS strikes you.

Just got this info by E-mail:

http://www.rhythmicrobot.com pre-summer flash sale now on: get 25% off, on these condititions:
-Your basket must be worth more than £20 (before you add the coupon)
-Apply the coupon code flashsaleomg at checkout for a 25% reduction
-Only one go per person – so choose wisely
-The sale ends midnight on Wednesday
Yes, you'd think disco george and patchy would know better... desperate for sales, maybe?

Anyway, I won't be buying from them.

Thanks to loser for the picture-less cm google play tip, though.

Thank-you sir.

I think I'm gonna have to forego a couple nights out and get both. Seems to be the smartest (ie, least wise :D) thing to do.

Has anybody got Plugsound Pro? It's only $63.75 from JRRShop at the moment,
https://www.jrrshop.com/uvi-plugsound-pro
and I am looking for a 'bread and butter' VST to replace Sampletank 2. Would anybody recommend buying it?

Post

To replace ST2, Plugsound Pro is a good choice. Keep in mind, Plugsound Pro is an older product and it's age shows in a few spots. However, I find that the UVI folks do a great job with presets. They make limited samples sound good. Obviously, though, Plugsound Pro is no competitor to Kontakt's factory library.
