I've not been able to sort this one...
Win 8.1, T6.1.9
The Toneboosters track essentials plugins (TB Equalizer, TB Compressor, TB Gate, etc, version 3.1.1) load, but don't show any gui anymore.
I just noticed this after installing T6.1.9, but going back as far as T6.0.15 doesn't solve the issue. I'm certain these used to work for me in T6, and in fact, if they were already part of a previous edit, they show up and work fine. I just can't add new instances.

Weirder still, if I go back to T5, the plugins won't load at all, even though they show up in the list of scanned plugs.

Anyone else using these plugs successfully in windows? They work fine in Reaper.

TB plugins version 3.1.2 are working fine for me in T6.1.9 Win 8.1 64...
As were version 3.1.0 cant say I tried 3.1.1... The changelog for 3.1.1 says that
they improved GUI refresh/updates with some DAWS, maybe a problem for T6.

I would try 3.1.2...

*If the latest doesn't work for you, maybe check your video card drivers.
IIRC TB plugins are gpu accelerated, sometimes a driver update can
break accelerated plugins...

Both 3.0.9 and 3.1.2 work fine here too - T6.1.9 Win 8.1 x64.

Changelog for 3.1.0 versions on Windows:
Fixed a GUI font offset issue in Windows 8.1 (x86) and Windows 10 TP (x86)
ABLETON LIVE 12 & PUSH3
Soundcloud: Nation of Korea vs Shitty Dog

Thanks guys. I'll try 3.1.2. It didn't look like any changes had been made to the basic plugs between 311 and 312, but I'll give it a shot.
Haven't done any other updates that I know of since the last time they worked. Sometimes this kind of stuff drives me nuts!

Just to bring this full circle: I finally sorted this issue. Pretty much user error.

I originally installed all the Toneboosters plugs to a "Testbed" folder to demo them. After I purchased them, I moved the EQ to my EQ folder, the Compressor to my Dynamics folder, etc. The names still showed up in my Testbed folder, and I was trying to access them from there. That's what was causing the problem; they don't exist there anymore. Duh!
I went back to plugin scanning and clicked the option to "remove any plugins whose files no longer exist". Now they're gone from Testbed, and all the other copies work fine.

Heh, everyone who uses Tracktion has done that no doubt.

I cant see why they dont just add more categories to the vst standard.
I would think that would make things easier for everyone...
