The new audition browser you will be able to hotswap like ableton, but you will also be able to preview with a preset or a diffrent vst on same track with whats on that track against the current vsti or sample. A vs B and if you like press okey or accept and it will switch it out, but can be previewed without switching it oou. If not liking the vsti preset press cancel and you will still have your old sound still in browser. Also the new audition browser you will be able to put presets in catogoriz. like bass, lead etc and then you can narrow down all bass presets for all vst that have either fxp, fxb or saved within bitwig as preset. I am looking forward to this so much

1-5 supperhard, 1 is the easiest level, and 5 is impossible hehe

Yeah and then what if bitwig do add various envelope shapes, a paint brush, a drum stick and so on like so many are asking for?

would be cool if you would press nr 3 it would switch to paint brush/drum stick, and press 3 again it changes back to pen tool. If holding 3 it will be a brush/drum stick and then go back to pen tool. but maybe its a dumb idea i dont know

I hope they add the envelope shapes at least, the drum stick or paint brush and magnifier for zooming would be cool too. Many of you have made really good points and I think a pop up tool bar with a few more tools would cover everyone in one go.

Not at all, hopefully bitwig are taking note, I really see the need for these extra tools and it's clear I'm not alone. I've had bitwig one week btw

It's getting impossible to use the loop feature of the sampler without crossfade...
So, crossfade loop for the sampler please....

A knob would be enough, I think.....

better write your wishes to tech support then. I guess it's already on their list but other more important core functionality has higher prio.

Sort of wish there was an option for larger MIDI notes so key information could be displayed on them.

i would love the function to crop/chop samples in the sampler device, and also a little line (in the sample device) that follows the playback. just like in ableton, kinda miss that.
