sfd, umm, what does it say specifically? I haven't seen the drivers connect to the Internet.
The license manager obviously needs to synchronize licenses remotely.

Couple of things to add...
With the Nomad Factory Blue Tubes sale at JRR/Don't Crack, I decided to grab Tempo Delay 3D. If anyone's looking for a delay, I think it's a no brainer at $9.99.

On the topic of iLok, according to my mac system monitor, when I enable an iLok protected plug the licence process uses about 1-2% cpu for about 5 seconds, then it shows the process as using 0% cpu.

Ok I was a bit uncertain if I should put this in Bargains Only thread but the below works and there's no limitations for international customers. You just have to be able to understand Japanese (or use google translate
) but you have to be persevering. Tell me what you think.
Edit: Ok I have put it instead in bargains only thread.

Seen that XILS-Lab offer for Syn'X 2?
well that's what I call a good and generous offer to the owners of the previous version of that synth.
Viva Xils-Lab !

What's the general consensus on blue tubes? Is the collection worth it or is it better to pick a few specialist plugs?

I must say I have never liked them much nor any other Nomad Factory plugins. They just sound kind of generic, for a lack of a better word. The whole pack is probably not worth the price If you are already covered in that department.SirKen wrote:What's the general consensus on blue tubes? Only plugin in the BT pack that I might get is the Oilcan Echo. But it seems to be pretty much the same plugin as Plug and Mix Echoflex that I already have. There are some differences but not many.

80 euros for SSL X-verb (Released in 2009) which was developed in collaboration with Relab. I'm tempted..
Taken from the manual

Also over at the relab forums it shows that dev was involved with the Bricasti M7 so he must know his stuff.

Anyone know if a physical ilok is required for these? *Edit* - Just checked on the Ilok licence manager and it shows only the Ilok2 icon so I guess there is no computer licensing for it.
