Jo, just to let you know that bug the crash caused by clicking Ignore seems to have also been the cause of Mulab not remembering my renamed CM-505 VST. So the problem wasn't renaming or the VST but Mulab 
Btw, that's not a gloat, I just wanted to inform you so you could keep it in mind, after all we learn by making mistakes, it's not a bad thing, it's just life! Anyway thanks for your help, and for solving the issue, much appreciated
