I'm posting here in the hopes that I'll get a relatively prompt reply on a simple question.
I've had my Rev. C Receptor for a long time, and it's still as useful as it was back in 2007. Unfortunately, it's unusable now due to a faulty power supply. I know that this was an issue in the past, and Muse replaced a number of PSUs.
My only question is: which replacement make and model should I get? Is it enough to try to find the same ElanVital model, or can I find the Sparkle PSU that replaced the original? There are "replacement" PSUs for the EV, but the one I ordered was completely wrong for the Receptor - no spacers on the bottom, shorter, missing connectors, and probably another thing or two. Easy return policy, but I'm still stuck without my Receptor. It runs well when it runs, which is intermittent at best these days.
