Well said, Tony :tu:
Still, if Uncle E matches your prices and adds a free month of Groove3 to the equation ... ;)

Compare this to audiodeluxe.com where the price is $93.37 but they give you the full value of the voucher. The end price in both cases is almost identical, but my opinion is that plugindiscounts practice is deceptive. They display a lower price to get you in the door, only to take away from the value of the voucher. Way to build trust with your customers...
Alternatively, you might be pretty upset if you noticed that other dealers raised their prices prior to the coupon going active by $10 or more. I feel that leaving our low prices unchanged is a better method to build long term relationships with our clients - regardless if they have a coupon or not. And, we have been transparent about this here and elsewhere.

You are welcome to purchase from your dealer of choice. We are just trying to provide everyone with the best price and service. Enjoy Codex it is a great plugin.
Thank you for taking the time to respond. If there is evidence of other vendors increasing prices for the duration of the Waves promotion, it would be interesting to see it.

By deducting $10 from the value of the Waves voucher, Plugindiscounts de-facto did the same- increased prices by $10. As consumers, we have to deal with non-transparent pricing on a daily basis and sensitivity about this shouldn't be surprising... Learning that the voucher is worth less only at the check-out stage made me go elsewhere. I know it was only $10, but it was a question of principle.

No ill will here, just sharing my feedback as a consumer. Hope the sale goes well for you. It sounds like you have many loyal customers here and you obviously must have earned it with good service...

If you're buying more than one thing the waves store is actually really good as you get 30% off the second plugin, and the discount gets deeper the more you're buying.

It looks like it's still cheaper to purchase from our site. For instance, if you were looking at getting 1 x DBX 160 and 1 x H-Reverb, we are a better deal. But, there might be some instances where it's cheaper directly from the manufacturer. :tu:

Give the page time to load
Page just doesn't load, so I can't get to the coupon. Anyone else?

I believe that is because they are discounting it and if they don't charge the full retail the coupon won't be good for the full $50. Pretty sure it is something like that because I have purchased tons of stuff from Waves over the years and this is usually the case. So before you jump on someone you might want to make sure you are right first.

Their loss, Uncle :dog:

I couldn't care less. They still owe us money for the vouchers from last year.

So I left Waves for those fine effect plugins from Slate Digital, readily available at JRR :tu:

If you add the code "GROUP", price drops to $32,76. Wow is that a low price for a top synth :tu:
