+1 !!

The last iteration of Redux is looking great! Fits perfectly on a 24" (1980x1200) screen now (160%), and the layout all-round is excellent. Thanks again!

Both versions seem to have the same name, shouldn't the HZ ones have HZ in the folder names?

Why should they? These folders go to different locations.

Zebra2: U-HE\Zebra2.data\Support\Themes\
ZebraHZ: U-HE\ZebraHZ.data\Support\Themes\

Maybe on OS X it's different and I'm missing something?

Actually, I wanted to move everything to one "Redux" folder which would contain all images and script files for all Zebra versions. This would simplify installation process even more. The whole package will be smaller, though if you use both Zebra and ZebraHZ you would need to copy the folder twice (one for Zebra and one for ZHZ) or create a symbolic link, if you like such things :)

Yes on Mac there's just one central folder for all u-he themes:

\Library\Application Support\u-he\Themes

so I had to add a HZ to the folder names - works OK. Glad these are wider horizontally now instead of the vertical ones, they were too deep. Thanks

Amazing job on this but is there any way to make the OSC and MSEG overlay opaque. The transparency effect makes the whole thing a visual muddle. Thanks!

Sure is, change colors 'oct_editor_bg' and 'mseg_editor_bg'. The format is RRGGBBAA.

Yep, also I don't like how it hides the underlying buttons. Problem is if you make it opaque you won't be able to see them at all to click back, really it needs a button to close it. But otherwise this is amazing now, thanks.

I use OS X, I tried installing the theme (into the location specified above), but whenever I select the theme in Zebra, Zebra crashes. Anyone else with this problem?

The transparency of the panel is just a personal touch, I like it better this way. And as EvilDragon already said, you can change this by editing just one line in the script file. BTW, the whole empty space between "4" and "Geomorph" labels is a big invisible button that closes the editor pane, so you don't have to see or aim on any of the underlying labels.

The reason for placing the popup editor pane on top of the main menu is that I noticed that when the main menu is visible and the editor pane is placed below it, I can accidentally hit the "Previous" or "Next" preset buttons while aiming at, say, "Geomorph". This is critical, because all the unsaved changes of the current preset might be lost.

Perhaps could be a good idea to make that close button actually visible?

I tried this, but failed making it look natural.

Post

Something needs to be there as a visual hint because I had a hell of a time figuring out how to close it.

OK I need a bit more than knowing the format is RRGGBBAA though - what does that mean?
